- CA Inter / CMA / ACCA / MBA Finance / M.Com (16 years) required.
- At least 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of IAS / IFRS, Companies Act 2017, Tax Laws, Audit & Compliance.
📋 Key Responsibilities
✅ Prepare, implement & monitor annual budgets.
✅ Develop financial strategies & forecasts.
✅ Monitor cash flows, working capital & investments.
✅ Supervise day-to-day accounting transactions.
✅ Review GL postings, bank reconciliations & journal entries.
✅ Oversee AP, AR & Payroll functions.
✅ Ensure monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements.
✅ Ensure compliance with Companies Act 2017, Income Tax & Sales Tax Laws.
✅ Liaise with internal & external auditors.
✅ Oversee tax calculations, filing & payments.
