Job Responsibilities
- Follow company credit policies and ensure compliance in all transactions
- Complete and verify all loan documentation and security requirements
- Manage client relationships and ensure timely loan repayments
- Conduct social, financial, and technical appraisals of loan applicants
- Identify new areas and form client groups for credit programs
- Keep accurate records of loans, repayments, and client interactions
- Monitor overdue loans and actively follow up for recovery
- Report daily and monthly progress to Branch Manager
- Conduct monthly meetings with clients and update passbooks
Who Should Apply?
- Minimum Intermediate/A-Level education
- 1 to 2 years experience in credit or finance-related roles
- Age between 25 and 35 years
- Strong communication and credit evaluation skills
