Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is seeking a Specialist Program Design to contribute to the planning, execution, and enhancement of skills development programs across Punjab. Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Social Sciences, or a relevant field from an HEC-recognized/accredited university.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in a relevant/similar field.
- Experience in Program Management, Program Execution, or Program Design will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of digital and skills development programs from design to monitoring and evaluation.

- Conduct research and compile data to aid in program design across sectors, trades, geographies, and target groups.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to define deliverables and timelines.
- Implement digital tools and platforms to enhance outreach and monitoring.
- Track activities, collect performance data, and identify improvement areas.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing training quality, especially digital components.
- Prepare progress updates, reports, and presentations for internal and external use.
- Liaise with vendors and partners to ensure timely execution of program tasks.
