- At least 03 years Internal Audit experience in public/private sector.
- Strong background in Accounting, Audit & Compliance.
- Knowledge of risk-based audit planning and internal control systems.
π Key Responsibilities
β
Assist in preparing Annual Internal Audit Plan based on risk assessment.
β
Conduct operational, financial & compliance audits as per plan.
β
Identify control weaknesses, inefficiencies & risks.
β
Perform detailed testing of transactions, systems, and processes.
β
Collect & analyze audit evidence as per IIA Standards.
β
Verify compliance with policies, laws & regulations.
β
Draft & present audit reports with findings & recommendations.
β
Conduct discussions with departments on corrective actions.
β
Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations.
β
Assist in monitoring Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
β
Evaluate adequacy of controls for asset safeguarding.
β
Support in fraud detection & investigations.
β
Liaise with external auditors & regulators.
β
Maintain updated audit working papers & evidence.
β
Perform any special assignments given by the Manager β Internal Audit.
