π Key Responsibilities
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting daily administrative and office functions, ensuring smooth operations within the department:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain filing systems and records (both manual & digital).
- Prepare, edit, and format official documents and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Operate office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier, etc.).
- Support in procurement and office supply management.
