Required Qualifications
- Degrees Accepted: ACMA, ACCA, CFA, CA, or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in preparation of financial statements as per IAS 1.
- Skilled in SAP B1 or SICO software.
- Strong background in tax compliance and financial reporting as per IFRS.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare management accounts and financial statements in accordance with IAS 1 and IFRS.
- Lead preparation of annual/revised budgets and variance analysis.
- Prepare cash flow statements and annual/revised cash plans.
- Payroll & Tax Management
- Process monthly salaries through SAP.
- Handle tax-related matters, audits, and FBR reporting under sections 149 & 165.
- File monthly PRA, KPRA, and SRA returns.
- Issue tax deduction certificates to vendors.
- Audit & Analysis
- Assist CFO during audits and inspections by tax authorities.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Strategic Planning
- Supervise finance team members, ensuring efficiency and skill development.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and investment planning activities.
- Present financial reports to senior management and board members.
- System & Process Improvement
- Implement and enhance financial controls and internal procedures.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies.
Required Skills
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel and SAP.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- Proven leadership in finance team management.
