Required Qualifications

  • Degrees Accepted: ACMA, ACCA, CFA, CA, or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
    • Proficiency in preparation of financial statements as per IAS 1.
    • Skilled in SAP B1 or SICO software.
    • Strong background in tax compliance and financial reporting as per IFRS.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare management accounts and financial statements in accordance with IAS 1 and IFRS.
    • Lead preparation of annual/revised budgets and variance analysis.
    • Prepare cash flow statements and annual/revised cash plans.
  2. Payroll & Tax Management
    • Process monthly salaries through SAP.
    • Handle tax-related matters, audits, and FBR reporting under sections 149 & 165.
    • File monthly PRA, KPRA, and SRA returns.
    • Issue tax deduction certificates to vendors.
  3. Audit & Analysis
    • Assist CFO during audits and inspections by tax authorities.
    • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  4. Team Leadership & Strategic Planning
    • Supervise finance team members, ensuring efficiency and skill development.
    • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and investment planning activities.
    • Present financial reports to senior management and board members.
  5. System & Process Improvement
    • Implement and enhance financial controls and internal procedures.
    • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal policies.

Required Skills

  • Excellent report writing and communication skills.
  • Strong command over Microsoft Excel and SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
  • Proven leadership in finance team management.
